Located in the rolling hills of Warren County, two miles east of the Delaware River in Milford, N.J., Alba Vineyard is the perfect February getaway. The winery is hosting Wine and Chocolate Weekends on February 8, 9 and 15, 16 from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Tasting experiences are priced at $20 per person (21 and older) and include a flight of Alba’s estate wines paired with cheeses, flatbread, and a sampling of gourmet truffles, chocolate caramels, and a selection of French macarons. The price also includes an etched wine glass.

Alba’s 93-acre estate is open daily for tastings (reservations are not required). Alba also hosts private events throughout the year at their farm tables located under the pavilion in the outdoor arbor. Weddings and larger events are tented in an open field.

For the wine beginner or connoisseur, Alba offers a down-to-earth approach to a wine experience tailored to every taste. For $15, Classic Tastings include a selection of eight wines from the primary production and estate cuvees. The $25 Reserve Tastings enable guests to sample eight wines from a selection of Single Vineyard and limited Grand Reserve wines paired with small bites for two people to share. The exclusive Alba Experience ($55) guides guests through a tour of the vineyard and cellar to witness firsthand the wines journey from sunlight to bottle. The informative tour ends with a flight of Alba’s Reserve wines paired with small bites.
