Cook along with five-time James Beard Award winner and New York Times best-selling cookbook author Dorie Greenspan in this special virtual fundraising event for Princeton Public Library (PPL) on Sunday, July 12 from 4 to 5 p.m.

Greenspan will join the event from her kitchen to share one of her favorite summer dessert recipes, perfect for that next barbeque, picnic, or cookout. Baker and author Greenspan has written 11 cookbooks, won six James Beard awards, and maintains a popular blog, “In the Kitchen & On the Road with Dorie Greenspan” (https://doriegreenspan.com/). Her unfussy approach to home cooking and baking and her love of French-style family cooking has won her many devoted readers. Dividing her time between her residences in Brooklyn, N.Y.; Westbrook, Conn.; and Paris, Greenspan has said, “Cooking is a very generous act, particularly baking. It’s sad to get through life without a cookie, but you could.”

This is a unique, one-time Friends for PPL fundraising event. Tickets are $65 per link and each link includes a hardcover copy of Greenspan’s latest cookbook, Everyday Dorie.
