225 acres of fields and woods in the shadow of the Sourland Mountains
By Taylor Smith
Rambling Pines has been serving Central New Jersey and Bucks County-area children with summer fun since 1976. Tuition includes endless daytime activities, lunch, ice cream, snacks, and door-to-door bus service for the following communities: Princeton, Plainsboro, South Brunswick, West Windsor, Robbinsville, Hamilton, Lawrenceville, Montgomery, Skillman, Belle Mead, Hillsborough, Hopewell, Pennington, Branchburg, Lambertville, Flemington, New Hope, Washington Crossing, and Yardley.
The bucolic camp includes four heated swimming pools, acres of fields, riding trails, bike trails, tennis courts, a computer lab, drama and musical theaters, ceramics studios, and more. Time-tested programs are offered for children ages preschool through teen campers. Parents will be thrilled to learn that their child’s summer experience is entirely customizable, and that the children themselves can select from various athletic, club, outdoor education, swimming, ropes course, horseback riding, and performing arts activities. Each day is new and different for the campers, with daily events and theme days that encourage campers to participate however they so choose.
Parents will be happy to note that at Rambling Pines, the fun, safety, and creativity of each individual camper is of the utmost importance. An ACA-accredited camp, Rambling Pines is committed to fostering an environment where kids can make new friends and build lasting memories.
