Princeton Farmers Market Returns to Hinds Plaza
The weekly Princeton Farmers Market returned to its previous location at Hinds Plaza on June 1, and will occur every Thursday from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. through November 16. The GPS location is 55 Witherspoon Street in Princeton and parking is free for one hour in the Spring Street Garage next door to the Market.
The Princeton Farmers Market was founded in 2009 with the idea of bringing locally sourced produce and goods directly to the heart of Princeton. The market operated out of Hinds Plaza for many years but was temporarily moved to other sites due to construction. Residents who expressed disappointment in the market’s fluctuating locations can be assured that it is now back at its original, intended residence.
Summer vendor selections include bakery items, mushrooms, eggs, cheese, fresh pasta, empanadas, fruit, vegetables, granola, farm fresh meats, hummus, Middle Eastern delicacies, kombucha, pickles, herbs, homemade soaps, jams, seasonal soups, North Indian food, handmade jewelry, windchimes, and more.
