Penn Medicine Offers Free Virtual Yoga Classes
Penn Medicine Princeton Health will be holding the following free yoga classes virtually via Blue Jeans platform where you can participate from the comfort and safety of your home.
Registered participants will receive a link to view the class and you can access the live stream via your computer or mobile device.
Prenatal Yoga
Expectant mothers will learn how to use gentle postures, stretching, breathing, toning, relaxation, and meditation to help them keep fit and feel good during pregnancy. No previous experience is necessary. Please bring a yoga mat or large towel, two pillows or cushions, a yoga tie or a regular tie for stretching. This class is taught by a certified yoga instructor.

Chair Yoga
This gentle form of yoga incorporates standard yoga poses while sitting or standing next to a chair. This class is an adaptation of a standard yoga class and will improve flexibility, concentration and strength while reducing stress and joint strain. This class is taught by a certified yoga instructor.

Gentle Yoga
This slow-paced class includes breathwork, stretching, and seated postures which will help to improve flexibility and reduce stress. A gentle flow, balancing, and a cool down are also incorporated into the class. This is ideal for those new to yoga and those who desire a relaxed practice of yoga. This class is presented by a certified yoga instructor.
