July 4th Scavenger Hunt
Every year, in honor of Independence Day, Morven hosts a free event to celebrate its American heritage at the home-turned-museum of Richard Stockton, a signer of the Declaration of Independence.
This year’s celebration will be different, but hopefully just as meaningful. Participants will not gather as they have in the past. While Morven’s historic gardens remain open for socially distanced events and the museum is typically open Wednesday through Sunday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., the museum will be closed on Sunday, July 4.
Instead, please join Morven Museum and the Historical Society of Princeton for a multi-day-long Fourth of July celebration by participating in a scavenger hunt and earning a commemorative gold coin. The scavenger hunt answers may be written directly on the form (link below) or on separate papers and brought to Morven’s Museum Shop to receive a coin. Submissions will be accepted through Thursday, July 8.
