Tuesday Tastings with Tony: An Education Series Featuring the Wines of France
January 28 through February 25, 6:30-8 p.m.
Eno Terra and Anthony Verdoni, Il Professore, will present a five class introductory series on the Wines of France. Classes will be held on Tuesdays, January 28 to February 25. Taste and learn about the different French wines and wine regions to discover what makes France the world’s most coveted producer of wine. Light hors d’oeuvres will be served; all attendees are invited to join Eno Terra for dinner and enjoy 20 percent off the food portion of your meal. All classes begin at 6:30 p.m. and end at 8 p.m. Space is limited, and must be reserved in advance.
Class 1: Loire Valley & Champagne
Class 2: Burgundy & Beaujolais
Class 3: Alsace & The Rhone
Class 4: The Bordeaux
Class 5: Languedoc/Southwest & Corsica

In addition, Eno Terra is offering a memorable Valentine’s Day 2020 menu. The four-course prix fixe is $85 per person ($35 wine pairings) and features delicious entrees such as Lamb Carpaccio, Porcini Tortelloni, and Bronzino Fillet, as well as Sheep’s Milk Ricotta Cheesecake.
