The Friends and Foundation of Princeton Public Library have announced that Beyond Words, their annual benefit, will be held on Saturday, October 21. This year will feature Curtis Chin, author of the upcoming memoir Everything I Learned, I Learned in a Chinese Restaurant.

The evening will begin at Nassau Presbyterian Church at 6 p.m. with a talk by Chin. Following the talk, the event will move to the Quadrangle Club, one of Princeton University’s historic eating clubs on Prospect Avenue, for a book signing, dinner, and silent auction.

Each year the benefit generates funding for new print and digital collections, and exceptional public programming for the library. The public’s financial support continues to be crucially important to meet the demand for the ever-changing and expanding services that the library provides to the greater Princeton community.
