The greater Princeton community is invited to a town-wide celebration of Paul Robeson’s birthday on October 15 at 3 p.m. at Nassau Presbyterian Church. The concert will mark the 125th anniversary of Robeson’s birth. Attendees will be delighted by a performance by baritone soloist Kevin Maynor. The program will also include The Verse Speaking Choir of Witherspoon Street Presbyterian Church and the Jubilee Choir from Rider University. Susan Robeson, Robeson’s granddaughter, will be the honored guest.
